What is the Return policy?

All Sales are final after 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return of jewelry if it is damaged in any way.

If for some reason there is an issue with your order, please email us at jbeadedjewelry@gmail.com. If the error was ours, we will pay the shipping charges to have it returned. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to qualify for the return policy. Only authorized returns will be accepted.

The product being returned must be in the same condition it was shipped to you. Once you receive our authorization, ship the product back to us in its original shipping container - the way it was shipped to you.

Is your jewelry handmade?

My designs are handmade and there are no two are alike - there is only one-of-a-kind. You definitely will not see another woman wearing the same necklace unless they copy my design.

What is the Shipping information?

We accept only credit cards and Paypal for online shopping cart charges for all orders. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $50. All other orders have a Flat Shipping rate of $5.There is a 6% Sales Tax for Georgia residents.
Due to differences in monitors and browsers, colors may vary slightly on each piece of jewelry.
Our goal is to ship items within three business days of receiving your order. 
Normally we ship via United States First Class mail within the United States. If you prefer another carrier, please specify when you place your order. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
